Our Advanced Telehealth DBT group is for those who have completed the basic DBT skills training group and would like to continue to discuss application of their skills in their daily lives. Group sessions are used to generate strategies for future skill usage, problem solving, resolution of interpersonal dilemmas, integration of emotional regulation strategies, and identification of successful planning and implementation of DBT-based skills. Mindfulness is led on a rotation by each group member. We meet for 75 minutes every week and commit to regular attendance.
